1. Can I Pay With a Money Order?
Please note that we only accept credit card payments which can only be made online or via phone orders. Paypal in also accepted online.
2. How Fast Are Orders Shipped Out?
Normally all orders are shipped out within 5-7 business days.
3. How are Items Shipped?
Items are shipped out via USPS with delivery confirmation. In the event that an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address new shipping charges will be applied before it is mailed again. Please note that it is very important to double check the mailing addresses for all gift recipients.
4. If I join your mailing list, how is that information used?
CocoaBabies.com will not share information with third parties. This information is used in order to process orders and to inform you of new products, sales and other information related to CocoaBabies.com.
5. How do your coupon codes work
Every two weeks we launch a new sale that is applied when a customer uses our special code. Codes are typically found through an email ad or through facebook and twitter. All coupon codes are valid until midnight CST on the last day indicated on the sale.

Return Policy
We are happy to offer customer refunds or exhanges for items that are delivered defective, provided they are unworn, and unwashed, and it is within 20 days of your order, a $3.95 shipping fee will be returned to your original form of payment to cover the cost of USPS regular mail.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom/personalized items including all white onesies, white toddler tees and tote bags unless the item received is defective or printed incorrectly (differs from what was submitted with your order). Returns are available for all colored onesies, toddler and youth tees and adult tees (minus shipping/handling fees). Returns will be given in the same method as the original payment. For all size exchanges a new shipping charge of $4.95 will be charged to cover the cost of the new shipment.
